St Angela's Feast Day

27 January – Ursuline schools around the world celebrate the Feast Day of St Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline Order and patroness of Ursuline education. We started the morning with the celebration of the Feast Day Mass in the Bryanston Catholic Church. The mass was beautifully celebrated by the staff and students, and special thanks are extended to the alumnae members, Ruvimbo Mandonga and Esha Parbhoo, who contributed in a most meaningful way to the mass. The remainder of the morning was spent in the true spirit of “Insieme” as the primary and high school pupils enjoyed a picnic and activities on the field. Happy Feast Day to the Ursuline Sisters and the Ursuline Schools through whom the ethos and values of Angela Merici live on.
