INTERNET SAFER DAY

Tuesday 7th February, Internet Safety Day is celebrated in approximately 170 countries worldwide. Brescia House School celebrates Internet Safe Day during its Digital Citizenship week every year.

It is a day dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers and risks of using the internet and educating people on how to stay safe. It is important for everyone, especially young people, to understand the threats and learn how to protect themselves online.

For Safer Internet Day 2023, the theme is “Want to talk about it? Making space for conversations about life online”.

Muriel Mukadi, in Grade 12, will be representing Brescia House School in tonight's webinar with Karen Walstra to discuss internet safety with two other High School Students.
