Tetrathlon Championships

Tetrathlon is an event where the competitor does 6 rounds of fencing, swims 100m, and still has to do a laser run which consists of a 3 x 600m run with 3 sets of shooting in between.

Isla Thomas participated in the Gauteng Tetrathlon Champs held last Sunday where she won gold in the u/15 age group and will now go through to the SA champs to be held in Pretoria on 26th June.
She will also be competing in the Biathlete and Triathlete SA Champs to be held in Somerset West this coming weekend.
