Message from the Primary School Headmistress: Mrs Ann Owgan

Brescia House is a Catholic school educating learners from grade 0 through to grade 6. At Brescia the grade 7's are now part of the High School and continue their education in the new middle phase catering for grade 7 to grade 9.

The aim of primary school is to nurture the child so that she learns to grow and take risks in a safe environment. High standards of behaviour are expected but equally the self-expression of the individual is paramount to developing a confident, well-balanced learner.

At Brescia House every learner is offered broad opportunities for expanding her horizons. The curriculum is comprehensive and extra murals many and varied. All this is built on a solid foundation of strong Christian teachings and values, developing an awareness of, and respect for, the diverse cultural challenges that face our country.
